Request an email address change
Make sure you're signed into your Lendavo account.
Open the support Messenger in the bottom-right corner.
Start a new message requesting a login email address change.
Include the following information:
Your current login email address.
The new email address you want to use.
Your business name.
Make sure you can access the inbox for your new email address. We may ask for additional information to verify account ownership before completing the change.
Continue using your current login email until our team confirms the update is complete.
Does updating my business email change my login email?
No. Your business email and login email are separate. Updating the business email in your profile does not change the email address you use to sign in.
