How do I check my tradeline reporting?

Learn how to access your FundingIQ tradeline reporting in Nav, check the next scheduled reporting date, and review your reporting history and payment amounts.

You can view your tradeline reporting through the Nav portal, accessed directly from your Lendavo account.

You must have an active FundingIQ subscription to access this feature.

Open the Nav portal

  1. Sign in to the Lendavo Platform.

  2. Select Business Health from the left navigation.

  3. Find the Credit Reports, Scores & Readiness Intelligence section.

  4. Click any of the listed business credit scores:

    • Experian

    • Dun & Bradstreet

    • Equifax Commercial Insight Delinquency Score

    • Equifax Business Delinquency Score

Only see a “View Scores” button? Click View Scores instead.

This opens your Nav portal and signs you in automatically—no separate Nav login is needed.

View your tradeline reporting

  1. In the Nav portal, click Tradelines in the left navigation.

  2. Locate the Prime tradeline section.

  3. Review your reporting status, the bureaus listed, and the next scheduled reporting date.

The Prime tradeline section shows the membership tradeline associated with your FundingIQ benefit.

Review your reporting history

Click View all within the Prime tradeline section to see:

  • Date submitted: When the reporting was submitted, or when the next submission is scheduled.

  • Time period: The period covered by that entry.

  • Amount paid: The payment amount associated with that entry.

An upcoming entry marked Scheduled has not yet been submitted. An amount marked with an asterisk is identified in the portal as an estimated upcoming payment.

Why is the reported amount different from my FundingIQ subscription price?

The amount shown under Amount paid reflects the amount reported for your tradeline, which may differ from what you actually pay for FundingIQ each month.

Under our current reporting arrangement, the advertised $2,000 tradeline benefit is reported through subscription activity at $69 per month. It is not a $2,000 loan, available credit balance, or lump-sum payment reported to the bureaus.

The $69 reporting amount is separate from your FundingIQ subscription price. A difference between the two does not, by itself, mean you were billed incorrectly.

Refer to your FundingIQ invoice or billing statement to confirm your actual subscription charges.

Need help?

If you have an active FundingIQ subscription but can’t access the Nav portal or locate your Prime tradeline, contact Lendavo Support through the support Messenger.
